Ocean-Inspired Freeform Table
In this class, we look at creating an ocean-inspired freeform resin table.
In this class, we will look at converting another Kmart Noir Table into a Freeform Resin Table.
I was looking for similar legs to the Kmart Noir table, and I struggled to find the right legs for my project, everything I found was costly. So I came up with the plan to use the legs from the Kmart table. These legs were perfect and did the job beautifully, so I decided to use them again for my latest project.
Note, I plan to use the original tabletop in another project, so it won't go to waste.
The supply list below is just a guide; you can substitute any of the products listed for your materials. I encourage you to use any products that you already have to hand.
Preparing the MDF panels
Laying out the ocean design
Pouring your basic shape
Adding the focal point
Adding the white layer
Finishing the back and attaching the legs
